Pale straw in color with subtle “Gris” hues, the wine is brilliant and luminous in the glass.
The nose is vibrant and expressive, revealing lifted aromas of Japanese pear, green apple, fresh quince, and delicate hints of cinnamon spice.
Fresh and lively, the palate offers a rounded texture supported by a fine acidic backbone. Flavours of green apple, ripe pear, and freshly picked quince unfold harmoniously, enhanced by exotic spicy notes of cinnamon and clove. The finish is long, generous, and indulgent.
