A refined blend of several grape varieties—such as Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Gewurztraminer—Moshi Moshi is designed as an ideal introduction to our organic wines. It pairs effortlessly with Japanese cuisine, whether as a starter or main course. Its versatility also makes it a wonderful match for simple, elegant dishes such as fish, white meats, poultry, egg-based recipes (omelettes, eggs Benedict, quiches), and soft cheeses.

In the glass, the wine displays a pale yellow color with delicate green highlights. The nose is subtle and racy, offering an expressive bouquet of citrus fruits and floral notes. On the palate, the freshness suggested by the color is immediately apparent, followed by a beautifully rounded and generous mouthfeel that brings both balance and depth.
Food & Wine Pairing
A natural partner to traditional Alsace cuisine such as choucroute and pork-based dishes, this wine also shows a remarkable affinity with fish and shellfish. It pairs particularly well with scallops, elegantly enhancing the salty, almost iodine-like nuances of the sea.

Tasting Notes
Alsace Pinot Noir offers a fresh and expressive profile, revealing aromas and flavours of cherry, raspberry, and blackberry, supported by soft, silky tannins. Partially aged in wooden barrels, it gains complexity and structure, with a deeper colour and nuanced notes evocative of ripe fruit and subtle hints of leather. The result is a balanced and elegant wine, combining freshness with depth.
Food & Wine Pairing
Red meats and game pair beautifully with Alsace Pinot Noir, highlighting its intense cherry notes and deep colour. More broadly, its supple tannins make it a versatile companion to white meats, poultry, and certain cheeses. Thanks to its mellow structure, it can even accompany fish dishes with finesse. International cuisines are equally well suited: Middle Eastern and Moroccan dishes such as hummus, tabbouleh, lamb tagine, and couscous form excellent and harmonious pairings.
